Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

2 medium-sized eggs

1 1/2 cups water (or milk)

3 tsp. baking powder

2 tbsp. oil (or melted butter)

2 tbsp. sugar

Pinch of salt

Procedure

Dry ingredients:

*First combine all the dry ingredients.

*Start with 2 cups all purpose flour

*2 tbsp. sugar

*3 tsp. baking powder

*and a pinch of salt.

*And mix to combine.

*then set aside.

 

Wet ingredients:

*In a separate bowl. Combine all the wet ingredients.

*Start with 2 medium-sized eggs

*Add 1 1/2 cups water (or milk)

*and put 2 tbsp. oil (or melted butter)

*and then mix to combine.

 

• After mixing combine wet ingredients and the dry ingredients

• Mix until smooth and well blended. Make sure there’s no lumps.

• Do not over-mix. Let it rest for 5 minutes before cooking.

 

*Grease the cooking pan with oil (or butter)

*Pour the mixture to the heated greased pan.

*Wait until the bubble comes up.

*once the bottom is cooked. Flip the hot cake to cook the other side.

*When the hot cake is already cook. Top a margarine in the hot cake and then put some sugar on the top.

*And then our Hot Cake is ready.
