- 1 pc Carrots
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 0.5 kg Chicken Thigh
- 2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pc Onion
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper
- 1 pc Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 pc Bay Leaf
- 0.25 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground Pepper

Sauté potato and carrot in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté chicken in oil, remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic, onion and bell peppers. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add chicken, potato, carrot and bay leaf. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and sugar. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
