Adobong Tokwa Ingredients:

Cooking oil
2 blocks tokwa
2 tbsps. garlic
3 tbsps. vinegar
2 tbsps. soy sauce
a dash liquid seasoning
1 tsp. chicken powder
2 tsps. cracked black
peppercorns
1 tsp. chili-garlic paste

Adobong Tokwa Procedures:

In a pan, heat oil and tokwa till golden brown. Set aside.

In another pan, heat oila nd saute garlic. Add vinegar, soy sauce, seasoning, chicken power and pepper corns. Do not stir until the mixture boils. Remove from heat.

Heat a hot plate. Arrance tokwa squares on the plate, then pour the sauce over them. Serve.

TIP: You may try other bean curd varieties from this dish. Experiment with tastes and textures.
