
Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients
–> Cocktail Sauce –> 1 cup thick mayonnaise –> 2 tablespoon tomato sauce –> 2 tablespoon thick cream dash tabasco souce –> 1 teaspoon lemon juice –> 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce –> 24 medium cooked prawns, shelled, deveined, tails intact lettuce –> For serving lemon wedges, buttered brown bread to serveProcedure
To make cocktail sauce
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. 2. Reserve 6-8 prawns; remove tails from the remaining prawns and remove tails from the remaining prawns and add to the sauce. Mix gently. 3. Arrange lettuce in a serving dishes or bowls. Spoon prawn mixture in each dish. Decorate with reserved prawns. Serve with lemon wedges and buttered brown bread.NOTE: The cocktail sauce may be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated.
