Adobong Kangkong
Ingredients
2 lbs. kangkong 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. salt Ground pepper to taste 1/2 cup vegetable or corn oilPreparation
Wash and sort kangkong If using kangkong, separate leaves from stems and cut stems into 1″ lengths Saute garlic until golden brown Add kangkong or spinach, lemon or lime juice, soy sauce and salt Cover and bring to a boil Add ground pepper
